How can I access my account?

To access your Canadian Living subscriber account, click here.

To access your Style at Home subscriber account, click here.

To log in, you will be asked to enter your subscriber number or email address and then your postal code. (no space). In your account file, you’ll be able to manage and confirm all your information regarding your subscription. You’re able to check on the status of your account, update your preferences, make a payment, renew or extend your subscription – at any time!

 

Where can I find my subscriber number?

Your subscriber number can be found on the cover of your home delivered magazine. It is the 8 digit number located just above your name on the address label.

You can also find your subscriber number in the confirmation email sent when you subscribed.

 

How do I check my account status and expiry date?

Want to know when your subscription expires, update your preferences or check your payment status at any time? Visit your magazine website, click on Subscriber Services, located at the bottom of the page. Simply, login and access your account. You'll just need your account number or email address and postal code (no space) to sign into our secure subscriber service site.

 

How do I make an online payment?

Have you recently received an invoice for your subscription in the mail and would like to pay it online, or would you just like to ensure your account is up-to-date?

Visit your magazine website, click on Subscriber Services, located at the bottom of the site page. Simply, login and access your account. You'll just need your account number or email address and postal code (no space) to sign into our secure to conveniently make a payment and to ensure you don't miss an issue.

 

How do I change my mailing address?

Planning a move? Click on Subscriber Services at the bottom of  your magazine’s website to update your mailing address to ensure you don't miss an issue. You'll just need your account number or email address and postal code (no space) to sign into our secure subscriber service site.

 

 

Regarding Delivery

 

How can I find out when my first issue will arrive?

Your first issue should arrive approximately 4 to 8 weeks after we receive your order. If it's been more than 8 weeks and you still haven't received an issue, please contact us to let us know.

 

How can I find out when my gift with order will arrive?

Your gift will be sent within 3 to 4 weeks after the payment of your subscription has been processed.

 

Can I receive scent-free issues?

Yes! You can update your preference for a scent-free magazine by visiting your magazine website, click on Subscriber Services, located at the bottom of the page. Simply, login and access your account. You'll just need your account number or email address and postal code (no space) to sign into our secure subscriber service site. Click on My Preferences to update.  Or, you may choose to contact us directly to make your request. Please note, because our magazines are printed in advance, you may receive one or two scented issues before your request takes effect.

 

How to report a missing or damaged issue?

Unfortunately, missed or damaged issues do sometimes happen and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. Please contact us to let us know which issue you're missing and we will gladly sent you another replacement issue.

 

Can I switch my subscription from digital-only to print?

If you are a current digital-only subscriber, and wish to begin receiving the print edition, please contact us to make your request.

 

Can I temporarily stop delivery?

To temporarily stop delivery, please contact us to make your request. Your subscription will automatically be extended to compensate for unmailed issues.

 

How do I report a missing gift with order?

Occasionally, we offer special gifts as part of your paid subscription order. Please note, these usually take between 6 to 8 weeks to arrive, after we receive confirmation of your payment. If, after 8 weeks, you still have not received your gift, please contact us to let us know.

How do I subscribe to a magazine?

It’s easy to subscribe online.  Visit your choice of magazine website, click on Subscribe, located on the top right of the page. It connects you to a secure site, where you can select format, duration, method of payment and add your information with confidence to your cart.  Subscribe today and you’ll save off the cover price.

 

How can I renew my subscription?

To continue enjoying your magazine, visit your magazine website, click on Subscriber Services, located at the bottom of the page. Simply, login and access your account. You'll just need your account number or email address and postal code (no space) to sign into our secure subscriber service site. You’ll be able to renew or extend your subscription to ensure you continue to enjoy another year of your magazine.

 

 I renewed my subscription, but I'm still getting renewal notices. Is this normal?

Renewal notices are produced in advance and sent via a programmed cycle. You may receive a notification even after you have responded or made a payment. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Can I purchase back issues or special issues?

How can I give a gift subscription?

A subscription to a magazine is the perfect gift for friends and family, one that they’ll enjoy all year. If you are already a subscriber and would like to gift a subscription, simply login to your account. Visit your magazine website, click on Subscriber Services, located at the bottom of the page. To access your account, you’ll need your account number or email address and postal code (no space) to sign into our secure subscriber service site. On your left hand side, click on Give a Gift button that will connect you to give a new gift.

New to our publication? Welcome! Simply click on Subscribe, located at the top right of the magazine website page to continue to our secure order form and click on Give a gift.

 

How can I renew a gift subscription?

Visit your magazine website, click on Subscriber Services, located at the bottom of the page. Simply, login and access your account. You'll just need your account number or email address and postal code (no space) to sign into our secure subscriber service site. On your left hand side, under Manage my Subscription, you’ll find a link for Gift Renewal, this allows you to update and extend existing gift subscriptions.  Should you like to add a new recipient, please click on Give a Gift button on the left hand side that will connect you to give a new gift.

 

How do I find out about a product I purchased from your store, or make a purchase?

How can I subscribe to the digital version of my magazine?

You can subscribe online by visiting the tvastore.com. Note that by subscribing to the digital version, you will have access to your magazine via Zinio.

 

What application will I use to read my digital magazine?

You can read your digital magazine using the Zinio digital application. With Zinio, you can read your magazines on various tablet and smartphone devices, as well as your computer. Readers can store and read full magazines offline, sync libraries across multiples devices and search digital magazine archives.

 Do I need to be connected to the Internet to read my issues?

You only need to be connected to the internet to download the issue(s). Once downloaded, you can read your issue(s) offline anytime you want, without needing to be connected.

 

Are back issues included in my Digital subscription?

No, you will only have access to the issues from the start of your subscription onwards.

How will I know when the next issue is available?

You will receive an email notification each time a new issue is available. You can also find your magazines on Zinio.com in the “My Library” section and read online or download from there. Finally, if you have installed the Zinio Reader on your computer, it will automatically check for new issues when you are connected to the internet and let you know when they are available.

 

How can I access my digital magazine?

You can access your digital magazines at any time through "My Library" on Zinio.com or by clicking on the links in the notification email you will receive for each new issue. You can also access your magazines at any time within the Zinio offline reader if you have chosen to download it.

 

What is My Library?

"My Library" is your personal digital library that is found on Zinio.com. Your magazine issues will be placed here for easy access to read online or download for offline reading. You can also re-access issues here that you have already read. You will be directed to create a login and to access your library from the notification emails you will receive each time a new issue is available.

 

Do I need to be connected to the Internet to read my magazines?

No, you only need to be connected when you download your issues. After that, you can take your computer anywhere and read your magazines offline. Of course, certain features such as hyperlinks in articles and advertisements, or "Send to Friend," require an Internet connection.

 

How can I save my digital magazines?

If you have downloaded the Zinio offline reader, each issue you receive is stored on your hard drive for easy access and archiving. If you use the Zinio online reader, your 100 most recent issues will be available in My Library on Zinio.com for easy access.

 

 I subscribed but I haven’t received my Zinio digital magazine, what should I do?

The digital version of the magazine is usually available on the same day of the newsstand release. If you have not received the notification email, you can check for availability in your Zinio library. You can also check the end date of your subscription by accessing your account. If your subscription has expired, you can renew it directly in your account. You can also contact our Subscriber Services: by email at subscription@tva.ca or by phone at 1 800 387-6332.

Can I receive fewer renewal notices?
